1 Cleaned up front wheel bearings. 
  Have to replace one big one on right side and both oil seals.
2 clean up front hubs
4 took skin off right door.
5 Removed half of paint from roof
  steam cleaner arrived - cleaned right hub
  had front rotors turned at Parts Source - $6.99 each
  new headers arrived.
  painted one shock and both lower rear axles.
  started removing dash

  talked to soda blaster

  cleaned up front suspension
  stripped more paint.
7 continued cleaning front suspension
  put new race - inner bearing on right front hub
  assembled diff, handbrakes, brakes and cage.
  talked to Tim about getting dash covered and soda blasting
  e-mailed PPG about paint
10 clean up hood and right fender with grinder
  start re-assembling right axle on IRS.
  first warm night - 8C
  called Otto - he quoted $80 to $150 to re-cover dash panel.
11 Stripped more paint
  Hung plastic for soda blasting
  Soldered gouge marks in bonnet
  cleaned up garage
12 Took dash panel to Otto in Garson.
13 Cleaned up soda dust.
  rebuilt left side of IRS.  Right side is waiting for new needle bearing for lower support.  
  painted underhood.

  glued padding in spare tire well.

15 Picked up:
  - Oil seals for front hubs
  - bearing for IRS fulcrum Torrington B146
  - Primer and conditioner
  Started rebuilding right IRS side.  Lots of trouble.
  Door skins came in from Martin Robey.  Shipped via courier - 73 UKP!
16 Finished rebuilding IRS.  Then realized hubs had to come off to allow radius arms to go on!
  Sand blasted radius arms.

  cut and formed metal for inner lower right door repair - full length.
18 disassembled and cleaned distributor.  VERY rusty and dirty
  wire-brushed drivers floor under seat
  installed left radius arm
  brazed right door lower inner repair
  wire-brushed much of car
  bought clear POR15, wire brushes, sanding discs, blasting sand.
20 painted inside of doors
  worked on distrbutor
21 put on door skins

  worked on front brake calipers
23 worked on distributor
  soaked left door hinge in coke
  assembled one front brake caliper
24 installed distributor and did compression check.  engine cold, battery weak, but approx 60psi on all cylinders
25 made cover plate for heat riser hole
 
cleaned out front brake cylinders
  left door hinge very free
27 put rad back in XJS
  put first layer of body putty on e type
  wired IRS bolts
  leade, sanded, sanded, sanded.
28 very cold and wet.  I too have a cold, so no work done outside on the E.
  put the hood back on the XJS
  finished the last brake caliper.
